Spinalator.com Returns & Exchanges Policy
Approved returns must be received by Spinalator.com within 14 days of initial receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Returns for orders over 30 days will not be processed.
Certain MFGS charge a 25% restocking fee on the part. We DO NOT CONTROL THIS FEE; Unless it is a manufacturer defect or you were shipped the wrong part. The cost of shipping to return a part will NOT be paid by Spinalator.com, UNLESS we shipped you the wrong parts by mistake!
Restocking fees & return policies may vary for items shipped directly from the manufacturer/drop-ship. Exceptions to this return policy include custom-ordered items (for which no returns are accepted).
All returns must be New and Unused. Returns should be still in original packaging, and in saleable condition. If the part has been tampered with (Taken apart or missing hardware), it is NOT returnable.

Non-Returnable Items: For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products like oils, grease, manuals, etc. Special orders, electrical items, and custom built parts are non-returnable. CHIROPRACTIC TABLE MFG'S WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ELECTRICAL PART RETURNS! SO ANY ELECTRICAL PARTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

Square Capital, LLC processing centers has decided that the fees charged when an order is placed will no longer be refunded to your account when you're issued a full or partial refund.
This NOT ACCESS EQUIPMENT CORP's decision. This is Square Capital, LLC. The following fees are what we pay and Square Capital, LLC will keep out of any refund.

Steps You Must Follow To Return Your Parts
Step 1 - You must receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) from Chiropractic Table Parts prior to sending your return Call 1-256-245-8390. Regardless of reason, all returns MUST be processed through customer Service.
Step 2 - Print a copy of the invoice or packing slip, and include it inside the Box! Again, be sure to include RMA# on the outside of the Box.
Step 3 - Using a good carton; return the package by UPS and insure your package against the shipper loosing your return. Spinalator.com does not recommend that you use US Mail, or FedEx. Keep a record of the shipments tracking number until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
